Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Sections 9.331, et seq., the Crestview Local School District (the District) invites interested parties to submit statements of qualifications for Construction Manager at Risk Services related to its building program and related construction program (the Project). Those interested in submitting a response should obtain the form of "Request for Qualifications for Construction Manager at Risk Services" by clicking HERE. Details concerning the requested services, method of delivery of the statements and other matters relating to the delivery of the requested statements of qualifications can be found in the “Request for Qualifications for Construction Manager at Risk Services” referred to above and those statements must be delivered to the District no later than 1pm Eastern time on, Friday, August 29, 2025. Statements received after this deadline may not be considered. The District will evaluate those statements of qualifications submitted and select and rank candidates in compliance with Ohio Revised Code Section 9.332 and notify all parties submitting statements of the District’s action. The District reserves the right to reject any, part of any, or all statements of qualifications.
